Our aim at Janitorial Supplies is to provide first-class customer service via our dedicated and fully trained Customer Services team. Offering a professional and friendly service, our fully trained staff ensures we offer the highest level of service at all times in order to meet our customer's varied needs. Our newly formed Customer Services team is a one-stop shop so whether you're looking to place an order, make a return, change delivery details or resolve an issue. I have received a faulty item.

We ensure that all of our products are given a thorough quality check before they are sent out to any of our clients. If you do find that you have a fault with your product/s, please feel free to inform us within 7 days and we will give you a replacement or a refund.

I have a query with my order. How can I contact you?

If you have a query in relation to an order that you have recently purchased, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0870 352 0600. Please have your order reference number or purchase order number to hand. Our lines are open from 8:30am – 5:30pm on Monday – Friday.

How can I make a complaint ?

We are highly committed to providing the best customer service to all of our clients. Delivery Information

How can I change/cancel my order?

To cancel or change an order that you have already placed with us, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0870 352 0600 and quote your order number/reference number.

How much do you charge for delivery and despatch?

Janitorial Supplies offer a range of affordable delivery options to suit your requirements. Working in partnership with TNT, we take great care of your purchase in transit to ensure safe delivery and excellent service. For further information regarding our delivery charges, please read our delivery guide. Please note that if you spend over £199 (ex vat) online, you will be entitled to a free delivery to any postal address in the UK mainland.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

We aim to delivery your items within 2-3 working days for stock items, if there are any issues with your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date as soon as your items are ready for dispatch. Please note that with all of our deliveries, someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. This is simply to make sure that the goods were delivered and received in the correct manner.

When will my order be delivered?

We provide an estimated delivery lead time next to every one of our products on our website. This is updated frequently to reflect all of our stock. You will then be asked to specify a delivery date and time when placing your order. If your order includes several different items, please note that deliveries may be made separately. If for any reason we are unable to meet your request, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date as soon as your items are ready for dispatch. Please note that with all of our deliveries, someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. This is simply to make sure that the goods were delivered and received in the correct manner.

How can I pay for my order?

Please be aware that you can pay for you order in confidence online using most major credit or debit cards, including American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron. Please feel free to read our Payment Methods page for further information.

How can I view and update my account details?

To view your account details, please Log In to your account using your Email Address and Password and click My Account. Here you will be able to view and update your account details. You can also call our Customer Services Team on 0870 352 0600 to change the details of your accounts.

How do I know if my online order has been placed?

When we receive your order, we will issue you with an on screen Order Reference number. When you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email from us which will include an Order Reference number, the product details of your order, the total and full delivery information.

Do I have to register an account with Janitorial Supplies to place an order?

Yes, you do have to set up an on-line account with us in order to place an order. Setting up an on-line account with us is a way of saving all of your personal details, thus you will not have to re enter delivery addresses for instance, We do not store credit card details. Setting up an account will enhance the ease and speed of placing an order on our website, you will also have access to past order details including invoices. Can I register & place an order from overseas?

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).


First Time Visitors

Can I get a sample of a product before placing my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individual samples for our products at the moment. Please be assured that we only supply the highest quality products which are always sold in the best condition. All of our products go through a thorough quality check before shipping. If you do feel that the product is unsuitable please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I buy less than the pack size?

Unfortunately, we are unable to alter pack sizes from those stated on our site.

What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?

If your credit or debit card has been refused whilst placing your order on JanitorialSupplies.co.uk, please simply place your order once again using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

Are my payment details secure with Janitorial Supplies?

Yes. Please be aware that we use a Secure Server to process payment and your credit card details are always encrypted during this process. We use Sage Pay (formerly Protx) as our Payment Service Provider.
