Close the toilet bowl cover and remove the cistern lid.
Flush the toilet to empty the cistern tank. Place the block, including its soluble wrapper, into the cistern tank away from the water inlet. Replace the cistern lid. When the colour of the flush water fades add a new block for continuous cleaning and protection.
