Do you do free delivery?
Free Delivery is available but does not apply for small orders. Please refer to our shipping policy page for more information.
I need an invoice.
A VAT invoice is sent to your email when you place your order. Please search your inbox with your order number.
Where is my order?
Your estimated dispatch date will be displayed on your order confirmation email. If that time has passed and you still haven't received your order, please get in touch with us via email and we will take a look into it for you.
I can't log into my account?
We launched a new website in April 2025 so a lot of inactive accounts were deactivated. Please request a password reset. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, we recommend you sign up again.
