Can I get free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over £250. For more details, please check our shipping policy. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help!
When will my invoice arrive?
A VAT invoice is sent to your email when you place your order. Please search your inbox with your order number.
Where is my order?
You can find your estimated dispatch date in your order confirmation email. If that time has passed and you haven’t got your delivery yet, please email us—we’ll take a look and help you out.
