Designed for durability, the tray combines strong stainless steel construction with reinforced corners, so whether it's placed in an oven, blast chiller, steamer or display, the GN tray retains its shape and strength after every use.
Unlike traditional gastronorm trays, this full size (1/1), 40mm deep tray includes perforations which can be incredibly useful for cooking or draining foods. Allowing steam or smoke to enter, whilst also allowing liquids to drain ensures the tray is highly versatile for a wide range of uses. And thanks to the strength of the tray, even rapid changes in temperatures are resisted, so you can quickly transfer the tray between appliances if required.
